Teeny House Competition 2022 Terms and Conditions of entry.

By clicking submit you agree to the conditions of entry: Judges decision is final. Completed teeny houses must be predominately painted in Resene paint. By entering the habitat by Resene Teeny House Competition, entrants agree that their entries may be used for promotional purposes, including being featured on the Resene and habitat by Resene website, printed publications and associated social media channels. Plus, sent to other media in press releases (with appropriate identification of the teeny house creators). By entering this competition, you agree to receive promotional emails from habitat by Resene you can unsubscribe and opt out at any time. Resene and ICG staff and their families are not eligible to enter. All entries must be via the habitat by Resene teeny house competition website, [insert URL]. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

habitat by Resene Teeny House 2022 Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families of Image Centre Limited (ICG) and Resene, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Information and photos of the teeny house to be entered through the Habitat by Resene Teeny House online entry form [insert URL for entry form here]

4. DATES: Entries must be received before midnight on Thursday 31 March 2022 and the prize draw will take place on Monday 4 April 2022.

5. PRIZE: There are three prizes consisting of a $500 Prezzy Card and a $250 Resene Get Creative Pack.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY: ICG and Resene are not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days then ICG reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. NO CORRESPONDENCE: ICG and Resene’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

10. INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to their names being published.

11. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of ICG and Resene, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.

12. DATABASE: By agreeing "yes" on the entry form to receiving promotional information, entrants to the Competition permit ICG and Resene to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

13. NO LIABILITY: ICG, Resene and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. ICG and Resene take no responsibility for prizes that are damaged or lost in transit.

ICG and Resene are not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.

14. SOCIAL TERMS:

Any information provided by you in the course of this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
